Display

We strive to display our products in our pictures as accurate as possible. However, due to various factors, such as your computer monitor’s size and capabilities, it may affect what you see on your screen. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the display of any color, texture or detail of merchandise on your computer or phone screen. 

 

Processing and Shipping Information

**Please note that USPS is currently experiencing longer delivery times. Standard shipping may temporarily require more time to be delivered.***

We process orders *within 1-2 Business days* Monday to Friday.

Orders placed over the weekend will be process the following business day.

Prom, Bridal, Bridesmaid and Evening dresses take 7-10 business days to process.

***Please note that some colors and sizes are available for pre-order only, if you are looking for a last-minute gown, please call/email us before purchased for an accurate delivery date.***

Processing time:7-10 business days and for shipping and receiving 5-7 business days for items in stock.

Customer service will contact you with a delivery date for all orders. 

Once order is place you will be notify with shipping information.

 

Incorrect Address? 

Make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. We are not responsible for items being delivered to an incorrect mailing address.  We will NOT send you a new package. You will have to wait for the original package to be returned and then we may resend it to your correct address. Pretty Chica's Boutique is not held RESPONSIBLE. 

Returns and Refunds

We do not provide REFUNDS under any circumstance other than if the item was no longer available. Nevertheless, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may send it back for a store credit within three business days after receiving the item.

Once the customer receives the package (when the tracking number provided by us appears as delivered) the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Pretty Chicas Boutique. Furthermore, Pretty Chicas Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed at the shipping company provided at the time of delivery.
